Planning a trip to Sri Lanka? Getting the right apps on your phone before you land will save you real time, money, and stress. Sri Lanka has its own local platforms that work far better than the global alternatives - most notably for getting around.

Public transport in Sri Lanka is affordable but can be a bit tricky for foreigners to navigate at first. Tuk-tuks and taxis may charge higher fares, but you can avoid these issues by using following apps.
